17. Refund Policy
(1) Participants who have completed registration and payment but wish to cancel their registration must apply for a refund according to the following schedule and refund policy:

| Refund Processing Date | Refunds will be processed on the Friday of the final week of each month. ※ Applications received at least 7 business days before the scheduled refund processing date will be processed that month. ※ To apply for a refund, please select “退費申請” (Refund Application) from the left-hand menu. For group registrations, the application must be submitted by the group representative; applications submitted by anyone other than the group representative will not be accepted. Applicants must provide the item(s) to be refunded and accurate banking information, including bank name, bank code, branch name, branch code, account number, and account holder name.
(2) If the event is cancelled or postponed due to an epidemic or other force majeure circumstances, participants may select a refund or retain their registration according to the following options:

| Retain Registration | Participate on the rescheduled event date. |
1. If the event is cancelled or postponed due to force majeure, the organizer will separately announce the applicable arrangements, including refund procedures, application periods, and related regulations, through the official event website and official Facebook page. Refund applications submitted outside the announced period or not in accordance with the announced procedures will not be accepted.
2. Additional merchandise is custom-made for individual participants. Once an order and payment have been completed, returns and refunds will not be accepted.
